2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days (domestic) or 7-14 business days (international).

Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-4 business days (domestic) or 5-7 business days (international). Additional charges apply.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. This applies to domestic orders only.

3. International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide. International shipping rates vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees once the shipment reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s status directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at support@shopfemthings.com with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.

6. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update it if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

Returns + Exchanges

At Fem Things your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we’re here to help. Please review our returns and exchanges policy below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Some items, such as custom items, are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Members' Free Returns

Members: Enjoy free returns for up to 30 days. Simply contact us at support@shopfemthings.com to receive a prepaid return label.

Non-Members: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund minus any shipping fees.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@shopfemthings.com within 30 days to initiate an exchange.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@shopfemthings.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

We will provide you with a return shipping label (for members) or instructions for sending the item back (for non-members).

Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shopfemthings.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
