Returns + Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Some items, such as custom items, are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Members' Free Returns
Members: Enjoy free returns for up to 30 days. Simply contact us at support@shopfemthings.com to receive a prepaid return label.
Non-Members: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund minus any shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@shopfemthings.com within 30 days to initiate an exchange.
If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@shopfemthings.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
We will provide you with a return shipping label (for members) or instructions for sending the item back (for non-members).
Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
